This legal document is an agreement
between you, the end user and Arikus Inc. and intended for
informational purposes only. Single copies may be downloaded
subject to the provisions below. By downloading any materials
from this Site (www.arikus.com), you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to them, do not use the Site or download
any materials from it.
GRANT OF LICENSE. Arikus grants to you the
right to download and use one copy of the information or software
enclosed on the Arikus Inc. Site to a single terminal connected
to a single computer (i.e.; with a single CPU). You may not
network the information or software or otherwise use it on
more than one computer or computer terminal at the same time.
TERMINATION. Arikus may, in its sole discretion,
cancel or terminate your right to use the Website, or any
part of the Website, at any time without notice. In the event
of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the
Website or the part of the Website affected by such cancellation
or termination. The restrictions imposed on you with respect
to both Content and the Website set out in this Agreement
shall survive. Arikus shall not be liable to any party for
such termination.
COPYRIGHT. The content of this Site is owned
by Arikus or its suppliers and is protected by Canadian and
USA copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore,
you must treat the Site like any other copyrighted material
(i.e.; a book or musical recording). You may not copy the
written materials.
NON PERMITTED USES: Without the express permission
of Arikus Inc., you may not:
- Use, Copy or modify, alter or transfer,
electronically or otherwise, the content or documentation
except as expressly allowed in this agreement.
- Translate, reverse engineer, de-assemble,
de-compile or create derivative works based on the written
materials.
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary
notices from the Materials.
- Transfer the Materials to another
person.
GOVERNING LAW. This LICENSE Agreement shall
be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada
and shall insure to the benefit of Arikus, it's successors,
administrators, heirs and assigns. A venue of any trial shall
be in Toronto, Ontario. |
